Milling

From prototypes to high volume production runs, our milling department offers precision parts, while constantly improving our methods to lower cost and lead time. Our expert team of machinists can handle hard materials such as tungsten, titanium and heat-treated stainless steel with our heavy duty 50 taper spindles. We can also tackle aluminum, copper and plastics with our high-speed machining centers.

Our tables range from 16″ x 30″ to 20″ x 50″, but through advanced fixturing techniques, we routinely run parts as long as 13 ft.
Lathe

Our lathe department specializes in turning, profiling, threading and boring. We manufacture a variety of parts including bushings, bolts, washers, nuts, pins, torque tubes and pushrods.
Mill-Turn

Many parts require both lathe and mill operations. The mill turn option allows for both on the same machine. By utilizing live tooling, sub-spindles and bar loaders, we have fewer operations and less handling. This creates additional capacity at a lower cost.
Grinding

Our centerless grinders allow us to easily maintain an OD tolerance of +/-.0005.
Sheet Metal

Nance Manufacturing, Inc. is capable of shearing, bending, braking, roll forming and punching a variety sheet metal parts.
Fabrication & Assembly

We offer to take our precision machined parts another step forward. Whether it is simply adding rivets and nut plates, installation of bearings, or the assembly of multiple machined parts, Nance Manufacturing, Inc. is ready to put together your project.
CMM Inspection

Nance Manufacturing, Inc. provides state-of-the-art inspection capabilities. By utilizing two CMMs, we not only have the capabilities to keep up with our own production, but also offer inspection services to third parties.
